Startup Story is hiring for StreetSmart — a next-gen streetwear brand.
We're looking for a full-time Executive / Associate – Technology, Ads & Marketing.
This is not an internship. It's a hands-on role for someone who can build, manage, and scale a fashion brand's entire digital presence from the ground up.
About StreetSmart:
A new streetwear label built on culture, design, and data. Think clean drops, fast turnarounds, and sharp execution. The goal — create India's next big streetwear name.
What you'll handle:
• Running and optimising ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)
• Building and managing the brand website (Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, or custom)
• Editing and designing product and campaign visuals
• Tracking analytics, conversions, and campaign performance
• Coordinating with creative and production teams for product drops
You should have:
• Solid experience in web development (front-end or CMS, SEO awareness preferred)
• Practical knowledge of paid ads and marketing funnels
• Strong editing and aesthetic sense
• A data-driven approach to digital performance
• Genuine understanding of streetwear, design and youth culture
Compensation:
• Initial 45-day phase: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (stipend)
• Full-time: Up to ₹5 LPA (based on performance)
Location: On-site (physical role)
