Looking for a motivated Housekeeping Associate / Sr. Housekeeping Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and be able to provide exceptional housekeeping services.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects such as cleaning equipment and linens.
  • Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures is essential.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
