 Â· Assisting the line manager to perform their duties.·   Conducting Recruitment process for on -Roll and Off -Roll employees.·   Facilitate onboarding and Exit formalities.·   Assisting in preparation of monthly payroll of employees·   Handling & management of all contractual Staff & Vendors.·   Attendance Management & record keeping of all employees.·   Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees·   Preparing all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the line manager.·   Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.·   Assistance for internal audit, maintaining the required records, and providing the data whenever required.·   Upkeeping employee personal files.·   Other duties or projects as assigned. RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline with Post Graduation qualification in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed college or university in India/Overseas. Total experience of 1 -2 years in relevant areas.Maximum 30 as on BenefitsRs. 3.5 lakh to Rs. 6.00 lakh per annum
