The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth coordination between teams, and maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Core responsibilities include supervising customer service, managing the staff hiring process, ensuring exceptional food and beverage quality, and driving customer satisfaction while meeting operational goals. Qualifications - Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance guest experiences and ensure repeat visits. - Proficiency in Hiring and team management to support staffing needs and maintain an effective workforce. - Strong Communication skills to engage with staff and customers and relay information effectively. - Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to maintain quality standards and contribute to menu or service planning. - Problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle issues and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment. - Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
