Art Director

Experience: 7+ years

Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹85,000 per month (based on experience & portfolio)

We're looking for an Art Director who lives and breathes design — someone with a sharp eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into visually striking campaigns. You should be rooted in traditional advertising thinking yet fluent in the fast-moving world of digital and social media.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the visual direction and creative development of campaigns across print, digital, film, and social.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers and art teams to maintain design excellence and consistency.
  • Translate creative briefs into strong visual narratives that resonate with audiences.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, formats, and new-age design styles (especially for Instagram, reels, and social-first campaigns).
  • Present creative ideas and concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.

What you bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in advertising or design agencies.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work across both traditional and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion/film aesthetics.
  • Strong conceptual and strategic design thinking.
  • Team leadership and collaboration skills.
