Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience to lead Agile practices and ensure effective delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Azure DevOps, user story writing, and deep expertise in managing Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide teams on Agile principles and coach team members on self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, write clear and actionable user stories, and ensure well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for sprint planning, backlog management, and tracking progress through dashboards and reports.
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of sprints.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and supporting Agile best practices.
  • Act as a servant-leader to the team, facilitating communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Dashboards, etc.)
  • Proven expertise in conducting all Scrum ceremonies effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile principles, user story writing, and backlog grooming.
  • Ability to coach teams and foster a high-performance Agile culture.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM I/II)
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Exposure to SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
