Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for unsecured personal and business loan for daily sales operations including developing sales strategies, managing target, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong DSA relationships. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with DSA and Connector to bring business and achive given targets monthly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and in Unsecured loans.
  • Strong Relationship with DSA and Connector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Empanel new DSA.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Must have 15-20 DSA and Connector relation.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
