Job Description:
We are looking for a Coordinator / Team Manager who can effectively lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure seamless communication with the management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in technical tools, have excellent leadership qualities, and be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Handle MIS reporting, data analysis, and prepare professional presentations.
- Communicate effectively with the Director and submit daily reports.
- Organize and manage workloads efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work extended hours when required.
- Committed, responsible, and results-oriented attitude.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Any graduate degree.
- Age Limit: 21–40 years.
