Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Revenue Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in revenue management for
boutique hotels
and a strong understanding of
OTA platforms
.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize room rates, inventory, and availability across all OTA platforms.
- Monitor daily pick-up, forecast demand, and identify revenue opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to support pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with the reservations, sales, and operations teams to maximize room revenue.
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports, performance updates, and action plans.
- Ensure property listing accuracy across all OTAs, including content, images, and promotions.
- Implement promotional strategies, rate plans, and special offers to boost occupancy.
- Maintain relationships with OTA account managers to leverage visibility and maximise conversions.
Requirements
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in revenue management within the boutique hospitality sector. - Strong understanding of OTA platforms , Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, etc.).
- Proficiency in channel managers, PMS, and revenue management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties.
