Research Development Engineer

Role & responsibilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new product concepts.
- Research latest technologies, materials, and processes applicable to pharma & food machinery.
- Develop prototypes, test concepts, and validate performance.
- Design and develop new machinery, equipment, and components.
- Modify and upgrade existing machinery to improve efficiency, reliability, and GMP compliance.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.
- Conduct trials, performance testing, and validation as per industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, CE, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Troubleshoot design issues and provide solutions.
- Work with Production, Quality, and Service teams to implement new designs.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and customer trials.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Sales to understand customer needs and translate into technical requirements.
- Prepare technical specifications, manuals, and reports.
- Clear Understanding of Machine Components Machine Process development, Capability and feasibility, Understanding of CNC Machine
- Knowledge on CNC Programming
- Knowledge on tolerance and inspector of machine component
- Ensure IP (Intellectual Property) protection of innovative designs.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
