Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Outdoor & Activations Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and brand activations. The ideal candidate will have experience in BTL marketing, vendor coordination, and event management, with a strong ability to handle field operations and promotional activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute vehicle branding campaigns (cars, bikes, autos) as per brand guidelines.
  • Organize and oversee on-ground events such as roadshows, kiosks, and society activations.
  • Manage promoters, vendors, and on-field branding materials to ensure timely execution.
  • Track campaign performance, ensure deliverables, and submit daily/weekly reports.
  • Build and maintain local partnerships with RWAs, colleges, and corporate organizations.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between field activities and brand objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in BTL activations, event coordination, or agency management.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work on-field as per activation schedules.
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
