Responsibilities:

- **Outdoor Management**:

- Supervise outdoor maintenance staff, including gardeners, landscapers, and security personnel.
- Coordinate outdoor events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and charity functions.
- Ensure the upkeep of outdoor facilities, including gardens, lawns, swimming pools, and sports courts.
- Implement sustainable practices to maintain the ecological balance of outdoor areas.
- Oversee the procurement of outdoor equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- **Executive Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executives.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and agenda preparation.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- **Estate Management**:

- Manage the maintenance and operation of the estate, including buildings, grounds, and amenities.
- Supervise household staff, such as housekeepers, chefs, and maintenance workers.
- Ensure the security and safety of the estate, implementing appropriate protocols and procedures.
- Oversee renovations, repairs, and upgrades to the property.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
