
Outdoor Office Assistant

We are hiring an Outdoor Documentation Executive to handle submission and collection of documents related to tenders, licenses, and coordination with government offices like BMC, BARC, MCGM, etc. The role involves regular travel within Mumbai for field visits and office work.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit government offices for submitting and collecting tender or contract documents.
- Handle stamping, notarization, and other formality work.
- Follow up with officials and departments regarding document status.
- Maintain proper record of submissions and receipts.
- Deliver documents to clients or departments as required.
- Assist with office tasks like photocopying, scanning, and physical filing.
- Report daily activities to the team.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 12th pass,ITI,Diploma preferred.
- 1 year experience in outdoor or field documentation work (preferred).
- Good knowledge of Mumbai locations and local train/bus routes.
- Basic communication in, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Smartphone required for updates and document tracking.
- Bike or two-wheeler with license preferred but not mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
