**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outdoor Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and manage outdoor marketing campaigns, including billboards, bus shelters, transit advertising, posters, banners, digital signage, and other outdoor media.
- **Vendor Management**: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with outdoor advertising vendors and suppliers, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and on budget.
- **Strategic Planning**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive outdoor marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives and target audience profiles.
- **Creative Execution**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling and impactful outdoor advertisements and promotional materials.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify the most effective outdoor advertising locations and tactics, as well as monitor the performance of outdoor campaigns.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee the outdoor marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
- **Campaign Performance Tracking**: Measure and report on the success of outdoor marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all outdoor marketing materials maintain brand consistency and align with the company’s tone, style, and messaging.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and digital marketing, to ensure outdoor campaigns are integrated into larger marketing efforts.
- **Event Support**: Assist in organizing and promoting outdoor events, activations, and experiential marketing activities.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure that all outdoor advertising efforts comply with local laws, regulations, and advertising standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outdoor or traditional marketing, preferably in a similar industry (e.g., consumer goods, retail, real estate, etc.).

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of outdoor advertising formats and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Familiarity with digital outdoor advertising and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
