  1. Preparing the Detailed Scope works as per bid documents.
  2. Listing out the important contract conditions and circulating to all concerned.
  3. Preparing Prebid queries and submitting to the client, tracking and updating the project scope and contract conditions as per the Prebid replies/ addendums/corrigendums issued by the client.
  4. Attending the Prebid meetings.
  5. Co ordinating with Prebid consultant and In house design team to prepare the quantities/ work methodologies.
  6. Conducting the site visits for identifying the construction materials, to know the critical site/geographical conditions of the project.
  7. Preparing the Rate analysis based on inputs received from site visit, segment in charges, procurement team, Prebid consultant and In house design team.
  8. Analysing probable escalation till end of construction period w r t price escalation provision given in the bid document.
  9. Prepare the comprehensive resource requirement including the manpower, material and plant/equipment's.
  10. Preparation and finalisation of O&M Cost in case of projects under PPP mode.
  11. Compile all above details to prepare the comprehensive project proposal to present the same to the Top management for finalisation of project cost for final bidding.
  12. Coordinating with financial consultant by providing all required details like project cost and O&M cost for preparing the Financial Modules for PPP Projects
