Ramla Supermarket is a fast-growing retail chain committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our management team and lead the financial operations of our business.

Job Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of retail financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the company's annual budget, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks and implement internal controls.
  • Supervise and mentor finance and accounting team members.
  • Support senior management with insights on business performance and financial planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
