**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to manage the financial and administrative operations of **DUROPACK INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD.** The **AGM - Finance & General Administration**will be responsible for overseeing accounting, budgeting, cost control, statutory compliance, and day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance & Accounts**:

- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor and control costs across departments to improve profitability.
- Ensure timely payment of taxes, filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory dues.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support in statutory and internal audits.

**General Administration**:

- Manage administrative activities including office maintenance, vendor management, and procurement.
- Supervise support staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle facility management including infrastructure, safety, and asset tracking.
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and implementation of company SOPs.
- Liaise with local authorities and external agencies as required.
- Compliance & Legal:

- Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and industry practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (M.COM/CA Inter preferred).
- 5 -10 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Tally ERP, MS Excel, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
