Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications through testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure application quality.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA or similar.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Validate Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across different Salesforce modules.
  • Provide QA support during UAT and production deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and platform functionalities.
  • Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Apex testing and Salesforce automation frameworks is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
