Role Description
This is a full-time role for Enterprise Sales Leadership, located on-site in Bengaluru South. The Enterprise Sales Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector. The role includes identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience in the education technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
