Mesdo's Vetting and Verification
Every candidate will be thoroughly vetted based on their Technical, Legal, Behavioral Competencies. A Competency report of the same will be provided to the candidate and also shared with the potential recruiters. All of the candidate's relevant medical documents will be verified beforehand.

Note: The Interview is part of the hiring process and is at no cost.

Job Timings:
12hr Day/ Night or 24hr

Estimated Salary:
16k - 21k (Depending on the Ability of the candidate and the duration of job)

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care and Assistance:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Help patients with mobility, such as getting in and out of bed, walking, and using assistive devices.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
  • Respond promptly to patient calls and requests for assistance.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Observe and report changes in a patient's health, behavior, or condition to the nursing staff or doctor.
  • Assist in monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure) and accurately document the readings.

Hygiene and Environment:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient room and ward area.
  • Assist with bed-making and changing linens.
  • Ensure proper sanitation and infection control measures are followed.
  • Handle and dispose of biomedical waste according to hospital protocols.

Clinical Support:

  • Assist nurses in basic medical procedures as directed, such as dressing and wound care.
  • Help transport patients and medical specimens within the hospital.
  • Assist with patient admission and discharge procedures.

Documentation and Communication:

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care activities.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  • Follow all institutional policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Successful completion of a certified General Duty Assistant (GDA) course from a recognized training institute.

Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Patience and a strong work ethic.

  • Good physical stamina to assist with patient mobility.

  • Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.
