MARKETING MANAGER

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic professional - a go-getter, smart working and dedicated, to promote Lion Group in marketing and sales of our insulation products and road furniture across various infrastructure sectors viz. Roads & Highways, Railways, Airports, Urban Infra, Tourism etc. You will be a part of a growing team and like-minded professionals collaborating across borders, thus offering career growth. Longevity within the organization is crucial.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Building and implementing modern marketing strategies for insulation and road furniture business.

Develop and grow insulation business in various infrastructure sectors as mentioned above with special focus on Airports & Railways.

Develop and grow road furniture (noise barrier, crash barrier, sign boards, etc.) & road asset management services business in various infrastructure sectors as mentioned above with special focus on Roads & Highways, Airports, Urban Infra and Tourism.

¢ Engage with various PSUs, Contractors and Architects for business.

¢ Ability to bid independently on CPP and GeM portals.

¢ Attending to inquiries / RFPs timely, preparation and submission of proposals.

¢ Preparing and delivering presentations to clients.

¢ Drive insulation products specifications with Architects for various private / public projects.

KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS

¢ Relevant experience in marketing of architectural products and building materials.

¢ Sound understanding of infrastructure market.

¢ Proven business relationships with PSUs, Architects and Contractors.

¢ Sound understanding of bidding through CPP / GeM portal.

¢ Result-driven approach.

¢ Ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands.

¢ Efficient in problem-solving and working with data to make strategic and tactical decisions.

¢ Proven Experience in Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry (AEC).

¢ Strong communication and presentation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

MBA in Marketing / Engineering graduate with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
