How will you do it?

Responsible for timely delivery of administrative tasks including subcontract processing, invoicing, and material orders. Maintains documentation, tracks shipments, and supports customer expectations. Requires 2-year degree or equivalent and 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Ensure consistent and timely delivery of administrative services
  • Expedite subcontract processing and maintain accurate documentation
  • Coordinate invoicing, material orders, and shipment tracking
  • Support customer expectations through efficient task execution
  • Follow up on pending actions and ensure closure
  • Requires 2-year degree or equivalent and minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
