**GRN Executive (Goods Receiving Note)**

**Job Summary**:
**Number of Positions**: 01 Required.

**Experience**: 1 years to 3 years or similar profile experienced.

**Salary**: Rs.15,000/- to Rs.20,000/- Per Month (In-hand Salary) + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits (As per Experience). (CTC: ₹2,38,094.00 - ₹3,00,343.00 per year).

**Educational Qualification**: Diploma/Graduate or training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus**.**

**Skills Required**:
1. Prior experience in receiving, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

3. Proficient in Excel/Advance Excel.

4. Good in English communication (Verbal as well as Written).

**Gender**: Male Only.

**Responsibilities**:
1)Receive incoming shipments of goods. Ensure and verify shipments received as per purchase orders.

2)Check damages or discrepancies and report that issues to the appropriate/concern person.

3) Maintain accurate records of received shipments, including packing slips, delivery notes, and inspection reports.

4)Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to schedule deliveries, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely receipt of goods.

5)Take care of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations while receiving and handling of goods. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

6)Communicate effectively with store management and other team members regarding receiving schedules, inventory levels, and any issues related to incoming shipments.
