Store Executive
- Job Summary:
The Store Executive is responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting the store’s overall performance. The role involves a combination of administrative duties, customer interactions, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Job Description
- Material inward and outward maintenance.
- Daily stock checking.
- ERP software related entry.
- Know how to done GRN.
- Inspection of material.
- Arrangement of Transportation.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management.
- Coordinate with purchase department for timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

2. Store Operations:
○ Assist in the setup and maintenance of store displays and promotional materials.

○ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

○ Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

3. Team Support:
○ Work collaboratively with other store staff to achieve store objectives.

○ Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in retail management is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
