Job Overview

Seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive web traffic, generate leads, and build brand awareness through expertise in SEO, GEO-targeted campaigns, AIO automation, performance marketing, and email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and optimize on-page/off-page factors to improve organic rankings and traffic.

  • GEO-targeted Marketing: Plan and execute location-based marketing campaigns tailored to specific geographic audiences for higher relevancy and conversion.

  • AIO (AI Optimization/Automation): Integrate AI-driven tools for campaign automation, personalization, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and audience segmentation.

  • Performance Marketing: Manage budget and optimize paid campaigns (search, social, display) for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth; measure KPIs and ROI.

  • Email Marketing: Design, segment, and deploy email campaigns, monitor deliverability, optimize templates, and drive nurturing and conversions through targeted messaging.

  • Campaign Analytics: Track and report campaign performance via tools like Google Analytics, derive insights, and adjust tactics for optimal results.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure campaign cohesion and maximize user experience.

  • Continuous Optimization: Stay updated on digital trends, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on strategies for improved outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.

  • 2–4 years proven experience managing integrated digital campaigns, especially in B2B/B2C environments.

  • Demonstrated results in SEO, GEO-targeted ads, AI-driven marketing automation, performance-based campaigns, and email programs.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Marketing Automation platforms, and leading SEO tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills.
