Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Communications Specialist (Soft Skills Trainer) located in Pune. The Communications Specialist will design and deliver training sessions focused on communication, soft skills, life skills, and professional development. Responsibilities include conducting engaging workshops, preparing training materials, assessing participants' skill levels, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Presentation and Public Speaking
  • Proficiency in Training & Development, and knowledge of methodologies to drive learning outcomes
  • Expertise in Communication and Soft Skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication techniques
  • Understanding of Life Skills to assist participants in personal growth and adaptability
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Experience in conducting workshops or training programs is highly desirable
  • Ability to motivate and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds
