About the Role

We are looking for a creative and conversation-driven marketer who can grow our brand visibility in the U.S. market using community and organic engagement platforms such as Reddit, Quora, and Discord.

You'll be responsible for building trust-based communities, creating meaningful discussions, and driving awareness through non-paid growth channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage online communities on Reddit, Quora, and Discord aligned to U.S. audiences.
  • Identify relevant subreddits, Discord servers, and Quora topics for brand participation.
  • Write engaging responses, discussions, and threads that organically promote the brand.
  • Monitor brand mentions, comments, and user engagement; respond in a timely, authentic tone.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create posts, infographics, and answers suited to each platform's audience.
  • Track community growth metrics: followers, engagement rate, referral traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify new forums or online communities relevant to our domain.
  • Support SEO and content marketing teams with backlink and brand authority building through forum participation.

Requirements

  • 14 years of experience in digital marketing, community management, or content engagement.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt tone for international audiences.
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Reddit, Quora, Discord, and similar community platforms.
  • Understanding of U.S. audience behavior, time zones, and engagement patterns.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content strategy, or brand storytelling preferred.
  • Proactive, analytical, and creative mindset for organic growth.

Good to Have

  • Experience working with SaaS / Tech / AI / Gaming / Healthcare / RCM / B2B brands targeting the U.S. market.
  • Exposure to tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Reddit Ads, Quora Ads, or Discord bots for moderation.
  • Prior experience managing online reputation or community moderation.
