Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Kozhikode. The Finance Manager will manage and oversee all financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities include supervising accounting processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial trends, providing insight for decision-making, and contributing to strategic financial planning. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective financial management and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial management and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting practices and standards, and knowledge of relevant financial regulations
  • Experience in using financial software and tools, with a preference for knowledge of SAP systems
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders
  • CA qualification is mandatory
  • Proven experience in a financial management role, with a strong understanding of the education or training sector being an advantage
