Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team full-time at our Kozhikode location. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including budget preparation, financial analysis, accounting, and reporting. Responsibilities include monitoring expenditures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and devising strategies to optimize financial performance. The role involves providing financial insights to support decision-making and conducting risk management to safeguard company assets. This is an on-site role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support organizational financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
  • Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Auditing, and Taxation
  • Experience in Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance
  • Advanced skills in Financial Modeling and Forecasting
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Microsoft Excel
  • Aptitude for Leadership, Team Coordination, and Supervisory roles
  • Effective Communication and Problem-Solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus)
  • Industry experience in the food and beverage sector is an advantage
