  • Participate in product design and requirement reviews
  • Conduct performance and load testing
  • Report on testing progress and results
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and testing tools
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
  • Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle
  • Provide support during user acceptance testing
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven experience in software testing
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues
  • Excellent understanding of software development processes
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL
  • Understanding of web technologies and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in test case design and execution
