Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Noida. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce and promote real estate services. Key tasks include scheduling appointments, providing customer service, gathering customer feedback, and closing sales. The Telemarketer will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
  • Sales skills and the ability to close deals
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Higher Secondary Certificate
    or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus
