Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting our products or services, and generating leads. This role requires need Hindi, English goods communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, follow up on leads, and generate sales opportunities.

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria. Maintain and update a database of leads and customer information.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers professionally and courteously. Address customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve issues or concerns.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls made, including customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up action.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred, fresher also can apply.

- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.

- Persuasive and confident in promoting products or services.

- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
