Job Description:

Lead a team of MERN developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Hands on experience in Node JS, MONGO DB, , Class Based React, GIT

Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions using the MERN stack.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain high-quality code following best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in MERN stack development. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions to technical challenges. Work closely with the QA team to ensure the delivery of thoroughly tested and bug-free applications. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization of tasks. Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within the development team. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner to ensure a seamless editing experience.

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a JavaScript developer. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, ) for building complex web applications. Solid understanding of front-end development principles, including responsive design and cross browser compatibility. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to think creatively. Deep understanding of Photo Editing industry trends, technology, and customer needs.
