Job Summary:

Specialisation : Stocks, company analysis, financial analysis, fundamental analysis, detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • This is a full-time on-site role for Research Analyst, located in Ludhiana.
  • Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of companies, sectors, and macroeconomic trends.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks (DCF, Relative Valuation, etc.).
  • Generate actionable investment ideas for inclusion in Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF portfolios.
  • Prepare and present research reports and investment theses to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor portfolio holdings and track performance drivers, earnings updates, and news flow.
  • Collaborate with the fund management team to refine portfolio strategies and risk management.
  • Attend earnings calls, analyst meets, and industry conferences to gather insights.

Qualification & Experience & Skills :

  • CA, CFA, ICWA, CMA, CFA (Pursuing) or Equivalent
  • NISM XII or similar
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and investment concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint or similar research tools.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
