Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Astroport's astro-tourism and educational experience programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Pitch and promote Astroport's astronomy experiences, school programs, and corporate packages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth client onboarding and event execution.
- Attend exhibitions, fairs, and events to represent the brand and attract clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Provide feedback and insights to management to improve service offerings and sales strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in tourism, education, or events industry).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits.
