We are seeking a skilled DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our team. The role

involves creating, formatting, and finalizing documents, brochures, catalogs, advertise-

ments, and other print/digital materials using design and publishing software. The ideal can-

didate should have a strong eye for detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work on

multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and formatting layouts for brochures, flyers, reports, magazines, books, pack-

aging, and other marketing/branding materials.

  • Preparing print-ready files with proper bleed, margins, crop marks, and color settings.
  • Coordinating with designers, editors, and marketing teams to ensure consistency of

brand guidelines.

  • Retouching and editing images using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Proof-reading layouts to identify errors in spelling, grammar, images, or formatting.
  • Managing and organizing files to maintain version control and easy retrieval.
  • Ensuring high-quality outputs for both print and digital publishing.
  • Collaborating with printing vendors to resolve technical issues.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a DTP Operator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
  • Good knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
