Job Description –Affiliate Partnership Manager

Overview
:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Affiliate Partnership Manager to grow our revenue through the development and management of our affiliate network. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship-builder with a keen analytical mind, capable of identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and driving significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Partnership Development
    : Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard high-value affiliate partners to expand our network and drive revenue across diverse marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization
    : Take ownership of Web-based CPS and CPA campaigns from launch to completion. Continuously monitor performance, analyze data, and implement optimizations to exceed targets and maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis
    : Utilize data analytics to track KPIs, identify growth trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights to the team for strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    : Act as the key liaison between affiliate partners and internal teams (Sales, Client Servicing, Marketing). Communicate campaign needs, gather feedback, and ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Innovation & Growth
    : Develop and test innovative delivery methods and partnership models to break new ground and capture emerging opportunities in the affiliate landscape.
  • Partner Relations & Negotiation:
     Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Negotiate and secure premium placements using performance-based metrics to mutual benefit.
  • Performance Reporting
    : Provide regular, detailed reports on affiliate activity, revenue performance, and market insights to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills
:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a similar performance marketing role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate network platforms) to derive insights and inform strategy.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
