- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key community leaders of Cultural Associations, RWAs, and other relevant groups.
- Manage community engagement by effectively executing agreed-upon event formats and sponsorship activations.
- Generate genuine interest and excitement for Arya Insurance Plans within targeted communities.
- Ensure Right Execution Daily (RED) and strictly adhere to P-100 Program Guidelines for all activities.
- Oversee correct activation and closures at both individual and channel levels, ensuring seamless customer onboarding.
- Deliver on monthly targets for both input activities and output results.
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 1-6 years experience in sales (B2C, B2B, or both).
- Keen interest in Healthcare and Health Insurance.
- Passion for new business initiatives and a proactive approach to market development.
- A natural knack for sales and effectively positioning an idea to diverse audiences.
- Highly creative with proven experience in identifying and targeting specific audiences.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using CRM and analytical tools to track progress and gather insights.
- Experience in Insurance or financial products and services is an added advantage.
