Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in day-to-day operations, manage client communications, prepare sales reports, and ensure smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team and clients to manage orders, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, order status, and customer databases.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Ensure all sales documentation (POs, invoices, dispatch details) are accurate and updated.
  • Communicate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support sales executives in achieving monthly targets and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Track pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team for collections.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or in a similar role.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Good command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of CRM or ERP software (preferred)
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
