Document Review Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Review Assistant to support our documentation, proofreading, and quality review processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of documents before final submission or publication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting accuracy.
  • Ensure content is clear, consistent, and aligned with internal guidelines.
  • Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
  • Identify and highlight errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining documentation files.
  • Coordinate with different teams to clarify content or obtain missing details.
  • Ensure all reviewed documents are delivered within timelines.
  • Support the team in other administrative and content-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts/Commerce/English/Communications or related field.
  • Strong command of English grammar and writing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple documents at a time.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in document review, proofreading, or content editing (added advantage).
  • Familiarity with formatting standards and style guidelines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
