Role Description – HR & Sales Intern

As an HR & Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to both
Human Resources operations
and
client relationship management
, including:


HR Responsibilities

  • Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintaining employee databases, attendance, and HR records.
  • Supporting employee engagement and internal communication activities.
  • Learning HR documentation and compliance basics.


Sales & Client Handling Responsibilities

  • Assisting the sales team in lead generation and client follow-ups.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and basic sales reports.
  • Coordinating between clients and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Building relationships to enhance client satisfaction.

This internship is designed to provide

Location: Chennai

Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid Internship)

Opportunity: Full-time role after internship based on performance


Qualifications

  • Any graduate / postgraduate (pursuing or completed).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in
    HR, sales, and client relationship management
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    MS Office / Google Workspace
    .
  • Ability to coordinate between teams and clients effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
