Role & Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
Job Posting: Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and help post advertisements on various platforms.
Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on client specifications.
Candidate Communication: Support initial candidate interactions, including follow-up emails, interview reminders, and providing feedback.
Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database while tracking candidate progress and status.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive analysis to enhance strategies.
Reporting: Help prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment performance and metrics.
HR Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, managing candidate files, and employee documentation.
