We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with 3-6 years of experience to join our team as an On the Job Trainee in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hospitality and be eager to learn and grow with our company.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on various HR-related topics, such as compliance and harassment prevention.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including performance evaluations and benefits information.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including policy violations and disciplinary actions.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
