Business Development Executive / Manager (Real Estate)

: Location: New Palasia, Indore

Job Description:

We're hiring a motivated Business Development Executive / Manager to drive real estate sales and client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be target-driven, and passionate about the property market.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads through various channels
  • Meet clients, understand requirements, and close deals
  • Build and maintain client and broker relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Conduct market research and support promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years in real estate / sales (freshers may apply)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Indore real estate market is a plus
