Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting Relicomp Elevators' products and services, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves direct client interaction, site visits, and coordination with the technical team to provide suitable elevator solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevators, escalators, and AMC services.
- Visit potential clients, builders, architects, and contractors to present company offerings.
- Understand client requirements, conduct site surveys, and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales within defined timelines.
- Maintain and update customer database, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with backend, technical, and service teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and AMC renewals.
- Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of elevators/escalators industry (preferred, but not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
