Job Description:

) Develop, implement and maintain QMS, EMS, OH&S

2) New customer specification feasibility report

3) Maintaining customer technical specification, drawings records and documents

4) Preparing techno commercial offer

5) Conducting internal ISO audits

6) Preparing agenda and minutes for MRM

7) Monitoring departmental KPI

8) Develop and maintain ISO manual, sop, work instructions, process flow chart, QAP

9) Handling customer complaints (CAPA)

10) New product development, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC

11) Planning and monitoring shift production

12) Monitoring and minimizing nonconformity

13) Setting parameters for incoming raw material, in process and finished goods

14) Incoming raw material testing, inprocess production monitoring

15) Release and dispatch of finished goods

16) Testing and measuring instrument calibration

17) Production planning and Optimum machine, manpower utilization

18) Yield calculation and achieving production targets

19) finished goods traceability report

20) 5'S & training to subordinates

21) Good experience in handling new customer and regular customer, Third party audit for ,QMS, EMS, HEALTH & SAFETY, SOCIAL & ETHICAL(SA8000, BSCI, SEDEX).



Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates Must be CIPET / B.tech / Diploma in mechanical or Plastics with 8-10 Year Experience in Quality

Having Good Knowledge of Household products

Quality systems and process

Good communication skills
