We are looking for a young, dynamic, and proactive Accountant cum Admin to manage accounting functions and provide administrative and back-office support for our office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Invoice creation and tracking
  • Vendor payments and coordination
  • Payments and receivables management
  • Follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Purchase order management
  • Handling day-to-day accounting activities

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations
  • Vendor management and coordination
  • Office administration activities
  • Back-office support
  • Coordinating with and supporting internal teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounts cum Administration role
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in a relevant field
  • Excellent working knowledge of Tally
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive approach
  • Good communication and coordination skills
