Founded in 2022 by an ex-Goldman Sachs VP, our B2B enterprise platform enables firms to discover, engage, and hire top talent. With partnerships including the top 35 universities, leading MBA programs, and over 150 finance organizations globally, we aim to revolutionize hiring, networking, and training within the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage finance professionals, students, and individuals across international markets to drive
B2C business growth
. - Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Onefinnet's networking and training sub-platforms to individuals seeking career growth in financial services.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations to showcase the value of Onefinnet's AI-powered platform.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets in international B2C markets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine campaigns and offerings based on market insights and customer needs.
- Analyze international market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to optimize sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipelines using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least
2 years
of proven experience in
B2C sales
, with a strong understanding of international markets. - Proficiency in consultative selling, client engagement, and relationship management.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global startup environment and work independently.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Financial Services platforms is a plus.
