Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Role Description:

  • Owning the social media and influencer management strategy for the brand Ideating and managing content creation with the content team for the regular social media posts Identifying the right set of influencers that match with the brand vision and aesthetics to carry out brand collaborations
  • Negotiate and close deals with the influencers and manage the entire process till content is received and published
  • Work closely with influencers to create content that is appealing, aesthetic and promote it on our social media handles
  • Identify women leaders and entrepreneurs for our podcast Women Speak and get them onboard and schedule podcasts
  • Collaborate with the video content team and creative agency to schedule podcasts and manage their editing
  • Work towards promoting the podcast on Youtube, Instagram and other social platforms
  • Identify media opportunities like collaborations with TV series, web series, OTT and movies to place our products in the same and coordinate it from reach out to execution.

Qualification:

  • Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing (3-4 years)
  • Knowledge of Sales strategies and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
