Role Overview: Social Media Manager
Think of yourself as the storyteller, vibe curator, and trend translator. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who knows when to follow the algorithm, when to break it, and how to make brands feel
human
online.
What you'll be doing:
- Build scroll-stopping content calendars that balance strategy with spontaneity.
- Manage the daily rhythm of posts, reels, stories, and community conversations.
- Partner with designers, writers, and creators to bring bold ideas to life.
- Keep a sharp eye on analytics, because good vibes need great data too.
- Spot trends early, adapt them smartly, and keep the brand voice intact.
- Report on wins, misses, and the magic in between.
What makes you awesome for this role:
- You've handled multi-platform accounts and know your way around Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X (and whatever platform is trending tomorrow).
- Tools like Meta Business Suite are second nature to you.
- You can write captions that stop a scroll
and
explain metrics that drive strategy.
- Equal parts creative thinker and detail-oriented planner.
- You get the balance between brand consistency and trend agility.
